It’s been a while… My next book in the RiftSpace series, Phantoms of Mars, is finally with the editor. Here’s a preview of the cover!
I’m hoping to have Phantoms of Mars released before the end of the year!
It’s been a while… My next book in the RiftSpace series, Phantoms of Mars, is finally with the editor. Here’s a preview of the cover!
I’m hoping to have Phantoms of Mars released before the end of the year!
I know it’s been a while coming, but 2021 has been a roller coaster of a year for us, as it has for many.
After releasing Volume 2 of the Syrax Wars series, Ruins of Talamar, almost a year ago (how?!), I already had good ideas on what I wanted from the third book.
The longest of the series, I hope it’s an action-packed ride from start to finish! It rounds out the Syrax Wars trilogy while paving the way for future stories.
Story aside, the cover itself took me a good while to complete. Not happy with the early results, I ended up scrapping it and starting from scratch.
In the end, I’m extremely happy with it. See if you can find which part of the story it represents!
Wrath of Syraxis will be out on November 05th! Available now for preorder on Kindle!
Although the past year may have been chaotic, the one thing I’ve managed to keep doing steadily is writing!
Ashley and I have worked hard on the awaited sequel to The Parnassus Initiative, and now it’s nearly ready!
Called Sons of Prometheus, it is set 2 years after the events of the first novel and explores the consequences of the Initiative’s actions, as well as the world left behind by them.
Catch up with old characters and meet some new ones, while traveling across the country to investigate the disturbing new threat Mya unearthed in Raider’s Hollow.
Stay tuned! Sons of Prometheus will be out soon!
I know I’ve been quiet for a while, but that’s only because I’ve been working on a bunch of things! The sequel to The Parnassus Initiative is almost ready to go to the editor and I’ve been working on book three of the Syrax Wars series.
“Book three?” I hear you say. “Why, that must mean book two is almost ready!”
Almost! Which, of course, means it’s time to reveal the cover!
I proudly present Ruins of Talamar!
My next novel, Shadows of Arcturus, rapidly approaches release and that can only mean one thing!
Cover reveal!
As I’ve shared previously, a lot of work went into the different components of this cover, especially the ship itself.
The moment I started to think of the cover for Shadows of Arcturus, I immediately knew how I wanted it to look.
I was inspired by many of the sci-fi books I’ve read throughout my life and went with a classic layout.
Here it is!
While waiting for The Parnassus Initiative to return from the editor, Ashley and I decided to write a short story! Set just before our planned sequel novel, Raider’s Hollow follows Mya Malinksy to the dusty plains of West Texas.
As we now have plans to continue the sage of Ryder, Mya and the gang, we also decided upon a name for the series. Introducing the Crystalline Earth series! Keep an eye out for announcements; we have big plans!
Along with writing Raider’s Hollow, we’ve been working on the cover in between editing The Parnassus Initiative. Quite the contrast to its predecessor, we’re pleased with how it came out. As always, click to expand!

Even though we still have some way to go before we can officially say we’re done with our first novel, we’re close enough that a full cover reveal seems appropriate.
So, without further ado, here is the final cover for The Parnassus Initiative:
